October 2015 Driver of the Month

Our  driver of the month for October is Deron Gasper, our newest van foreman who recently started running on the road for us.  Since Deron is newer to the E.E. Ward team, he was not 100% up to speed on how our quality customer review system works. His very first survey result left a lot to be desired, and he was upset about this reflection on his quality. After some coaching on techniques to utilize to make sure our customers are completely satisfied, Deron Gasper’s next survey was a perfect 5!  Receiving a perfect 5 star review is no easy feat, so it shows just how much effort Deron put in to increase his customer service and customer satisfaction.  It is refreshing to see a driver take so much pride in his work and ambition to improve! On top of this, Deron has had an exemplary willingness to do whatever it is that is asked of him. E.E. Ward sees a bright future for Deron and is very fortunate to have him as part of our team!
