E.E. Ward is Rated ‘Excellent’ Among Movers

E.E. Ward is proud to receive an excellent year-end round up satisfaction score from our customers. Each year, northAmerican Van Lines uses a 3rd party company to evaluate the move experiences of all northAmerican agent customers. They conduct a survey of each move experience within the northAmerican network. At the end of each year, every northAmerican agent receives a cumulative score based off their year-long service. The highest scores with a rating of 4.50-5.00 are awarded with the title of ‘Excellent’. A cumulative rating of 4.40-4.49 are awarded with the title of ‘Very Good’.

This year, E.E. Ward Columbus was awarded the title of ‘Excellent’.

E.E. Ward Charlotte was awarded the title of ‘Very Good’.
