North American Van Lines only certifies a driver as Vanguard if they are in the top 20% of performance. Performance is evaluated based on 10 categories of criteria including quality scores above 4.6 on a scale of 5.0, safety (moving violations etc.), customer surveys, claims ratios, and hauling minimum of 225,000 lbs between the peak months of May and September.

Our drivers Dave Chenault and Ralph Papineau recently attained Vanguard status with Ralph achieving Vanguard gold by being in the top 5% (a very difficult level to reach). Driver Andy Arvanitis remains Vanguard and driver Jason Carpenter recently achieved Vanguard Gold for life after winning Driver of the Year for 2015.
