How do you decide which company to utilize for your move? Most answers would probably be along the lines of finding the company with the best reviews and recommendations, high dependability, great employees, and an affordable estimate. While E.E. Ward encompasses all of these traits, the selection process went a bit smoother for one customer, all thanks to a pen that E.E. Ward distributed 6 years ago.
This customer had unfortunately just lost her mother, and was left with the difficult process of moving her mother’s items back to her own home in Pennsylvania. She wasn’t quite sure where to turn for assistance until she needed to write a note while visiting her mother’s home back in October. She grabbed one of her mother’s pens and slipped it into her pocket after writing the note. Upon return to Pennsylvania, she reached for the pen again, and noticed E.E. Ward’s logo and contact information on the side of it (actual pen pictured above). This ‘Ah Ha’ moment allowed her to realize that E.E. Ward would be a great company to move her mother’s cherished belongings. E.E. Ward will be moving the furniture items back to Pennsylvania this upcoming December. We’re happy to hear the neat way that she discovered our business and are glad to make this difficult time a little bit easier for her.
