On March 25th, E.E. Ward’s Operations Manager (Columbus) Jeff Johnson graduated from the American Moving & Storage Association Leader’s Program at the 100th AMSA Convention in Houston, Texas.
The Leaders Program was a five-month course that helped graduates to develop their leadership styles, decision-making skills, communication techniques, best practices, and processes.
After the 5-month study portion of the program, graduates participated in a two-day boot camp in conjunction with AMSA’s Annual Education Conference & Expo. “The Leaders Program was a great experience for myself. The onsite seminars brought the 20 weeks prior all together. Was an excellent experience, and learned a lot. AMSA conventions was a great time to network with other company’s around the nation.” stated Jeff Johnson.
The Leaders program is an invaluable course that is recognized by graduates in our industry and AMSA members alike for its tips and tool. E.E Ward is proud of Jeff Johnson for his accomplishments and his strong leadership techniques that have been perfected through this program.
