As a nationally recognized holiday in both America and Canada, citizens alike use Thanksgiving as a way to give thanks. While many incorporate religion into their thanks for many blessings, others simply enjoy the company of loved ones. Nevertheless, there is always turkey to go around, one thing we always have in common.
It is a little interesting to know that Canada celebrates Thanksgiving on the second Monday in October, while The United States celebrates on the fourth Thursday of every November.
But regardless of what day it falls on, one single day free of work and school for children, spouses, and even college kids home for the season is quite a joy when you’re able to spend a day full of gratitude relaxing with friends and family.
While the weather outside may be frightful, we hope the fire inside is oh so delightful!
Wishing you and yours a happy & safe Thanksgiving!
