E.E. Ward Moving and Storage received the Outstanding Diverse Business Award in the small company category at Columbus Business First – Diversity in Business Awards on August 10, 2017.
The award honors diversity in all areas including race, age, disability, gender, religion, and sexual orientation. E.E. Ward’s receipt of this award acknowledges a commitment to diversity in the workplace.

E.E. Ward’s legacy and foundation are based on the entrepreneurial spirit of John T. Ward, an African-American free man who was a conductor for the Underground Railroad in the late 1800s. The team at E.E. Ward takes pride in having a diverse, non-gendered-based staff that spans many age groups and nationalities.
