JUDITH POLITI INTERIOR DESIGN INC.
Judith Politi is an experienced member of the interior design community and has displayed her talents for more than 20 years. She formed her business in 2003, then continued to expand her clientele from not only Columbus, Ohio, but across the United States as well.
During an interview with Ms. Politi, she described her life as an interior designer along with her progress and successful association with E.E. Ward as a partner and resource.
Q. Tell us about your business in general and the types of clientele you serve.
A. “We have a very diverse clientele. We work with residential and commercial clients, in addition to a variety of specialty industries such as medical, assisted living and hospitality. We work with about 45 architectural firms as their ‘Interior Departments’, military contractors and the Veteran Administration, and The Ohio State University among other education facilities.”
Q. What is your favorite project or type of service?
A. “We get this question so often, but they are honestly ALL of my favorite because they provide so many opportunities to stretch ourselves, giving us the ability to grow and learn from each individual client. Engaging in diverse projects with different clientele helps to develop a strong personal bond and the ability to have fun with the customer!
For example, ‘Operation R. McDonald.’ The Ronald McDonald foundation has been a long time client, and hired our team to design the multi-family facility. Our challenge was to take a 22-room complex and completely reconstruct it into a fabulous 66-room facility with wonderful amenities and services for the families and patient; this was especially gratifying. I am truly blessed just to be apart of the Ronald McDonald housing projects; to actually be involved in benefiting our community and really making a difference.”
Q. So how have you worked with E.E. WARD on your interior design projects?”
A. “E.E. Ward is a great company to work with and it has been wonderful to create a relationship with them. Together we have worked on projects in higher education, multi-family developments, residential and commercial facilities.”
Q. What do you enjoy most about working with a business like E.E. Ward?
A. “We have a great relationship with Otto and Brian and we agree that successful business is all about building authentic relationships. When it comes to customer service, they apply such attention to detail ensuring they deliver the best experience for the customer from beginning to the end of a project.”
Q. What would you want your clients and future clients to know about the services Politi Interior Design and E.E. Ward offer?”
A. “We are always available for any type of project, small or large. We are open to many projects ranging across all fields and available to help with all of their obligations. We share and deliver E.E. Ward’s excellence in customer service philosophy.”
I would like to Thank Judith Politi for the wonderful interview and inviting me into her studio and workspace. Jenn Cleary, her design assistant, for accommodating me into her very busy schedule. I appreciate your wonderful hospitality and cooperation!
