This month, our selection is not based on perfect quality scores or running more tonnage than anybody else. It is based upon customer service and mindset. We had a last minute national account pop up out of Kansas that had to be serviced going to Texas. With the short notice, there was no time to get a trip going to Kansas. This shipment was originally worth running all by itself, but when Dave Chenault got there, it was way over estimated. He continued to do his job with the utmost professionalism, and the customer was absolutely thrilled with the service. We would like to thank Dave for taking care of our account.
