Columbus mover E.E. Ward is pleased to honor drivers and staff who have maintained a level of excellence in their daily performances and often go above and beyond in ensuring superior service to our customers and each other.
The Outstanding Performance award for an interstate driver was presented to Jason Carpenter. Jason Carpenter was recently selected as one of 12 top national drivers by North American Van Lines (NAVL). Jason is in an elite group of van operators who have the honor of being part of the NAVL Vanguard Gold program, the top 5% of all drivers. Jason has maintained excellent ratings in customer surveys for more than 12-months running.
Deron Gasper received the local driver Outstanding Performance award. Deron has had minimal claims for damages, is always on time with his paperwork and maintains excellence in quality, safety and compliance.
Drivers were also recognized with Top Quality awards for maintaining excellent ratings for 12-months running. NAVL conducts random customer surveys in which the customers rate the drivers. These ratings establish the drivers’ rankings. We are delighted to recognize Terry Wood, Ralph Papineau, Jason Carpenter, Michael Sollberger, Andy Arvanitis, David Chenault and Jeff Huxtable for their dedication to superior customer service. The top overall quality NAVL award for 12-month rolling, in-service with E.E. Ward for more than a year and a minimum of ten surveys is Terry Wood.
The E.E. Ward management team also presented awards to employees who have gone Above and Beyond in their daily tasks. These people consistently worked to provide our customers and each other with exceptional service: drivers Steve Tatum and Jeff Huxtable, accounting Luann Bless, and warehouse manager Rondia Barbee.
