For many years, E.E. Ward Moving & Storage Co. has been privileged to provide pick-up and delivery services for The Childhood League of Central Ohio. Twice a year, our crews coordinate with the League to pick up donated furniture from multiple donors and deliver the furnishings to families on behalf of the Childhood League. “It is a privilege for us to be able to use our resources to make these deliveries. Our staff, drivers and crew take special pleasure in helping our neighbors and the Childhood League in serving its families,” said co-owner Otto Beatty.
Founded in 1945 by The Childhood League, The Childhood League Center is committed to providing the best possible early learning opportunities for children in our community, birth to age 6, with developmental delays and their families.
The comprehensive services of the Center, a non-profit 501(c) (3) organization, focus on the development of strong relationships and help each child develop to their fullest potential. Children with special needs receive all services free thanks to a long-term partnership with Franklin County Board of Developmental Disabilities (FCBDD) and the generosity of individual and corporate contributions.
