E.E. Ward Celebrates National Truck Driver Appreciation Week

This year’s National Truck Driver Appreciation Week runs through Saturday, Sept. 21.  The E.E. Ward Moving & Storage management, operations and sales teams pitched in to provide breakfast for the weekly drivers’ meeting Monday morning.  It has been an extremely busy moving season, and we could not have succeeded in meeting our customer satisfaction goals without the  dedication and determination of the drivers to take care of business without sacrificing quality.   We join our industry colleagues and the American Moving & Storage Association (AMSA) in honoring drivers for their hard work and commitment to tackling one of our economy’s most demanding and important jobs.

These professional drivers not only pick up and deliver our customers’ shipments; they also keep our highways safe. Large truck crashes, fatalities and injuries are all continuing to decline year-to-year.  Join us in celebrating the men and women across the country who keep this country moving.
