This is the third year in a row that Dominique has helped as a mentor and advisor to assist with the development and production of the fashion show.
VIP guests were treated to a reception with hors’ d'oeuvres, refreshments, and entertainment provided by the BuckeyeThon organization. Performances included a dance routine by Movement Variations and a display of athletic skill from The Ohio State University jump-roping team.
The main event showcased a display of outfits modeled by student models and the BuckeyeThon kids. The fashion show highlighted casual clothing to formal dresses and suits. Clothing was provided by Fab'rik, Pursuit, Ticknors, Figleaf, HOMAGE, Vineyard Vines, Bend, and Good Deed Rags.
At the end of the event, there was a surprise announcement; the Buckeyethon Dance Marathon Fundraiser pledged to raise two million dollars this year for cancer research. E.E. Ward was happy to be part of the event and hopes to continue support this worthy cause in the future.
