An E.E. Ward Holiday at the Hollywood Casino!

Interested in reading up about Neil Diamond? Nothing goes better with a book about Elvis than a stick of beef jerky. Don’t like beef jerky? How about a freshly microwaved egg? Well, if none of that sounds good then surely an Ohio State themed bowl of cookies sounds appetizing! These awesome gifts were all a part of the “white elephant” gift exchange that the staff of E.E. Ward participated in at the year end holiday party at the Hollywood Casino! The always humorous and satirical gift exchange followed a delicious dinner catered by the casino. And if you are wondering who was the lucky one to receive the hundreds of pages on the life and career of Neil Diamond it was the newest edition to the staff Hal Byram!

But not to worry the staff walked away with more than these corky gifts. Co-Owner Otto Beatty acted as MC throughout the evening and announced the raffle winners who got more than a stick of beef jerky! Accounting assistant, Luann Bless, walked a away with four mid-court seats to watch The Ohio State Men’s Basketball team play at Value City Arena. Among other gifts were a Barnes & Nobles “Nook”, Visa money cards, and gift cards.

The party goers unanimously deem the party to be a great success and a wonderful opportunity to mingle with co-workers outside the office. At E.E. Ward, the friendly working environment starts and ends with the people. So, it’s no wonder that everyone is already excited for next year. But as always, the people at E.E. Ward know to never overlook a single move that we take on. Each move is treated the same way, as if it were our own because E.E.
