E.E. Ward North American Van Lines knows its success is contingent upon customer satisfaction. If the customer is not pleased with their move, then the job was not done to standards established in 1881. To achieve these standards, it takes more than a simple mission statement. It takes an entire organization collectively committed to and passionate about the standards set forth. High-quality customer service standards are at the core of the business. For this reason, we are extremely exuberant and pleased that North American Van Lines has announced that E.E. Ward has won the 2012 Customer Choice 2nd Quarter Quality Award.
The award was given due to receiving an “excellent” rating by previous customers. This award is special to E.E. Ward because it comes directly from the customers themselves. The criteria for the award is structured and presented to customers by an independent surveying company that gives customers and opportunity to rate the performance of E.E. Ward. The 1 to 5 rating scale encompasses all aspects of the company from the customer service to the driver and the movers and their collective performance. All agents of North American Van Lines were surveyed but only a select few were recipients of the award.
Andy Kroll, Regional Vice President of North American Van Lines, had the following to say on why E.E. was one of the agents selected, ” The attention, commitment, and engagement of a staff that takes great pride in satisfying customers.” He went on to say that it “starts at the top”, referring to Co-Owners Otto Beatty and Brian Brooks. The duo understanding that “quality equals opportunity and profits” has been vital to the success of the company and has trickled down to impact all employees.
