1881 Apparel is proud to spotlight Lisa Price, an inspirational female entrepreneur and the founder of Carol’s Daughter, a popular multicultural beauty brand. Carol’s Daughter started in Lisa’s kitchen as a hobby and has grown into a thriving and iconic beauty brand. The brand is available in stores like Target, Ulta Beauty, and Bed Bath & Beyond as well as featured in the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture.
1881 Apparel founder, Dominique Reighard Brooks, was a former spokesperson for Carol’s Daughter and maintains a close relationship with Lisa Price. Both Dominique and Lisa are excellent examples of fostering the entrepreneurial spirit and chasing after their dreams and ambitions.
Lisa took her dream and created an empire, and she represents all that it means to be #1881Strong. We are so thankful for her support of 1881 Apparel!
